🏢 An Owner-Managed Company is a company in which all shareholders also serve as directors. Owner-Managed companies are exempt from having their Financial Statements Reviewed or audited in terms of Section 30 (2A) of the companies Act no. 71 of 2008. This does not relieve the company of any requirement to have its financial statements audited or reviewed in terms of another law, or in terms of any agreement to which the company is a party.
